What is a Record Suspension?
A Record Suspension, formerly called a pardon, allows an eligible criminal record to be kept separate from other federal criminal records in Canada.
How long does the process take?
Timelines vary based on gathering records and government processing times. We'll give you an estimate during your consultation.
Does a Record Suspension let me travel to the U.S.?
Not automatically. A Canadian Record Suspension does not establish U.S. admissibility. You may still need a U.S. Entry Waiver.
Can you guarantee approval?
No. Decisions are made by the Parole Board of Canada or U.S. authorities. We help you prepare a complete, well-organized application.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. We treat every inquiry with strict confidentiality and never share your information without your consent.
How do I arrange a consultation?
Check your eligibility, then book a paid consultation. The fee is $100 + 13% HST ($113 CAD). For another time, leave your details in the consultation section to arrange an appointment.
Do you serve all of Canada?
Yes, we assist clients in every province and territory, in English and French.
