Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains the cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms for Pardon Point Canada consultations. Applicable consumer protection laws and mandatory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

Consultation fee

The consultation fee is $100 CAD plus applicable taxes. The current booking total is $100 + 13% HST = $113 CAD, paid by Interac e-Transfer. A request remains pending payment verification until authorized staff verify payment and confirm the consultation.

Pending requests and temporary holds

A saved request is not a confirmed appointment. The selected time is temporarily held for the staff-configured period shown on the receipt. When the hold expires, the time becomes available again but the request stays saved. Staff verify the e-transfer and confirm the appointment separately. Email or SMS failure does not delete a saved request.

Consultation refunds

Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and mandatory refund rights.

Customers who voluntarily cancel or fail to attend a confirmed consultation are generally not entitled to a refund, except where required by law.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be permitted at Pardon Point’s discretion, subject to availability. To cancel or request rescheduling, contact us as soon as possible at Pardonpoint@gmail.com or 1-866-708-7486 (toll-free).

Cancellation by Pardon Point

If Pardon Point cancels a consultation and cannot provide the agreed service, the customer may be entitled to a refund.

Your statutory rights

Any applicable statutory cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected. This policy does not limit mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Other services

Refunds for Record Suspension / Canadian Pardon, immigration services and other professional services are governed by the applicable service agreement and relevant laws.

Before payment

Customers must be clearly informed of the non-refundable policy before submitting payment. The booking form requires an acknowledgment with a direct link to this policy before payment instructions are displayed. The acknowledgment is stored with the saved booking, including its wording, policy version, language and recording time, under the website’s privacy and retention policies. No acknowledgment is recorded for an abandoned form.
